Frankly speaking, a PU base wig is not as breathable as lace or mono wigs. That said, we can design a hybrid construction — PU around the circumference with lace in the centre — which increases air breathability significantly.
What is the lifespan of a PU skin base wig?
Skin heat and the corrosive effect of sweat limit any skin base. A very thin 0.03 mm PU base lasts around 1 month of daily wear, while a 0.10–0.12 mm base such as this one reaches 12–16 months with good maintenance.
Can I swim or shower while wearing my skin base wig?

How do I measure wig hair length correctly?
Measure from the crown to the hair ends with the hair pulled straight. For wavy or curly textures, straighten the hair first — waves make the measured length shorter than the actual length. Wig length always refers to the whole style length.
